scott has been in a "soup" mood recently so who do we rely on when we want to make a hearty soup? Ina of course! my barefoot contessa cookbook has so many great soups including a roasted potato and leek soup. the process was a little involved but well worth it.
try it out. even though it is summer it's still hearty and yum.

the thought of eating soup when it is this hot outside makes me want to vomit but it also makes me CRAVE the fall weather!!
